When you purchase your generator from Rack Electric, you’ll have the choice of utilizing one or both of our two generator maintenance plans. They include:
The Scheduled Maintenance Agreement
This generator maintenance plan is offered at $195, and when you purchase it, you’ll be able to keep your generator running in perfect condition.
With our Scheduled Maintenance Agreement, Rack Electric will maintain a complete service history and service procedure data that are available upon your request. And after each inspection we perform (performed during normal business hours, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM), we’ll provide you with a written report that details the conditions that were found and advisement indicating which further service is necessary.
Through this provided service, you’ll know when something is wrong with your generator and we’ll be able to have it repaired at your request.
Generac® Power Systems 5-Year (5M) Extended Limited Warranty
Our Generac Power Systems 5-Year Extended Limited Warranty can be purchased within one year of your original generator purchase, and all at the cost of $495. With this generator maintenance plan, you’ll get limited comprehensive coverage for mileage, labor, and even parts. More so, the warranty is even transferable between ownership of the original installation site.
Upon purchase of this warranty, the extended warranty is applied to your generator. Rack Electric will send you an acknowledgment from Generac to maintain with your proof of generator purchase and maintenance records.
The unit must be registered with Generac in order for the warranty to be eligible.
